Unless we have received and approved your Purchase Order Application Form, Purchase Orders MUST INCLUDE PRE-PAYMENT. Purchase Orders received without pre-payment will not be processed.
- Faxed PO's must have credit card information.
- Mailed PO's must have check included with order.
